Organic tomato sauce
Our organic tomato sauce is prepared with tomatoes of two varieties: Roma and San Marzano. This combination makes our sauce pulpy, with a delicate and round taste.
Our tomatoes are picked in August and September, at the right point of maturation.
The tomatoes are processed within 24 hours from the picking, to preserve its unique taste and perfume as well as its organoleptic properties.
After being selected and washed, the tomatoes are boiled, pealed, bottled and pasteurised.
The entire production, processing and packaging is made on our farm without using any chemical products: NO additives, NO preservatives, NO colourants.
