Organic Monocultivar Leccino

Leccino is among the most known and widespread varieties of olive tree in Italy, thanks to its resistance to adverse weather conditions and its adaptability to different locations and types of soil.
TASTE: The Organic Monocultivar Leccino features a fruity and mild fragrance with herbal tones and a soft fiery and sour note, reminiscent of ripe flowers and fruits. Tasting it, the first feel is of sweet almond, turning into a blend of fresh almond, lettuce leaves, freshly-cut grass and artichoke. The colour is light green, with golden reflections.
PAIRINGS: this is a delicate and harmonic oil to be paired with dishes having a delicate taste. It is particularly recommended for the dressing of grilled seafood and white meat or for cheese.
